Snow Day!

We had our first "really good" snow the first week of december this year.  This is the first snow that's really been deep enough to do some serious sledding -- and the golf course made for the perfect sledding hills!  The front yard was actually the perfect "warm up" sledding spot.  :)
 The boys were really excited!

 How stinkin sweet are they?

See?  The front yard made for a perfect short sled!

Snowball fights all around!  This was the first day of the snow.  We ended up with 7-8 inches by the time all was said and done.  Made for nearly a week of good sledding!

We had to try out a new snowflake craft since there were so many outside!  I made snowcream, too, but we ate it too quickly to take pics!

Giving Thanks

Have I mentioned how much I love fall?  Here are some fall highlights.  This is from Thanksgiving at mom and dad's.  Kristen announced today that she has babies -- YES BABIES -- on the way!
This time next year, these kiddos are gonna have to make more room!

And Liam is perfectly happy playing with my old bunny house! LOL!
Got to learn a few gun basics, too.  Turkey season is sneaking up!
 Spending some time with Nanny

 Tonto and the Lone Ranger
It was raining on Halloween, but we took the golf cart through the neighborhood when it let up.  The boys weren't too interested in hitting up a million houses anyway, so it worked out perfect!  Such a huge change from our last neighborhood to this one.  In Keystone, we had an easy 200 trick or treaters, at our new house, we had ONE and it was the neighbor!  We did have two neighbors come over to bring treats for the kids though - so nice.  The cutest cowboys and indians I know.  :)
